Great question. We've been there, heaps of times, so we know exactly what it's like and how to work out of it. We talk, either in person or by phone, until we've teased the framework of the book into shape. And that's always a work-in-progress. We specialise in structuring your idea into reality. Interesting title for a book. Seriously, if you have a landline anywhere in the world, or use Skype, we can talk.
How long does my book have to be?
How long do you want it to be? Or, better still, when it's started we'll see how long it's going to be. Unless you're aiming for a specific word length, don't worry. Some of the best books out there are both short and long.
How much will this cost me?
That's a sensible question, although it's difficult to answer until we know what you need. Do you have material ready? A draft prepared? Or are you starting from scratch or somewhere in between? Once we have a chat we can ascertain what's involved and give you a quote. Oh, and if we have to fly to Timbuctoo to meet you, you pay OK?
I don't have enough material for a book of my own, what can I do?
Have you had a look at our popular 'Share a Book' service? This could be right up your street, and here's the great part - it won't cost you a bean.
What about confidentiality?
The only people who know about your project, apart from yourself, are Michael, Jane Teresa, and our transcriber. That's it.
